2013 year zero of a New Era - time for action

Thank you SolaRoof friends, we sailed through the thirty LIKES (at 38 now) and have our site data showing our week growth at 3,700% and reaching 105 people in this past week with a message, not only of hope for serious answers to Global Challenges, but an action plan for local food/water/energy: a COOP to build PODS everywhere.

Video that makes a case for Global Warming/Carbon Footprint

Fascinating video that chronicles much of the scientific study of climate change.

This last summer in Michigan saw a great disruption in fruits and other crops dues to an early/false spring that was followed by a cold snap. There had been much in the news and politics here about how to support the farmers with their losses.

Solar Energy Documentary

Very cool!

One thing, the lobbying of older systems seems not unlike the agricultural industry not catching on to SolaRoof techniques.

POD Project happening at "Summer of ReGeneration 2012"

We are having some fun with SolaRoof projects the USA during this summer. I hope you connect with bubble greenhouse builders in Athens, Ohio where, at Greenfire Farm (organic and permaculture) operated by Richard Hogan, we are collaborating, working openly and building community during "the Summer of ReGeneration 2012". As a catylist for this activity, we are now building a 16' x 20' "POD" (interior) greenhouse with a 2' bubble cavity. The team includes friends from Detroit and bubble generators are getting built in Michigan and Ohio.
