Thus we rely upon the integrity and honesty of the majority of people and in this non-exploitive environment we believe an educational program that will gradually convince the majority of people that they should respect the various rights and entitlements of our Authors and IP Contributors, because we seek to obtain the willing support of the vast majority, who's goodwill is our best protection. We call for a vast "neighborhood watch" that involves all of our Members who will act on their own initiative to keep our virtual community safe and to fix problems that they see (or let someone else know) so that we can all enjoy the benefit of participating in this collaboration.
